These amicus briefs argue for reversal of the BIA’s precedent decision in Matter of Perez-Vargas, 23 I&N Dec. 829 (BIA 2005). In that case, the BIA held immigration judges lack jurisdiction to make job classification determinations for purposes of INA § 204(j).
